A320 Type Rating Course with Integrated MCC
Prerequisites
- For the issue of the first type rating hold a valid Multi Engine Instrument Rating (MEIR) when commencing the type rating training,
- Hold a valid Class 1 medical certificate,
- Enjoy the privileges of the holder of a valid CPL(A) + Multi Engine IR issued in accordance with applicable ICAO/JAR-FCL standards,
- Hold valid theoretical knowledge equal to the requirements for the issuance of an ATPL(A),
- Have at least 70 hours as pilot-in-command of airplanes,
- Have an acceptable level of knowledge of the English language.
Description
Airbus 318/319/320/321
This course consists of
- 6.5 days CBT
- 7.5 days Classroom tuition covering Technical review, SOP, Performance Mass & Balance, Technical test, Multi Crew Cooperation (MCC)
- 3 sessions OTD
- 11 sessions FFS
- 1 session FFS for CAA Check/Skill Test
Each OTD/FFS session is 4 hours + briefing and debriefing
Aircraft training is not included in the course.
